I am here to hold space for you.

Meet Kristin

Hi there! I am inquisitive and down to earth. I love to smile, laugh, learn, be outside, casually converse and spend quality time with those I love. I believe life is meant to be taken seriously, but also meant to be enjoyed. I have been happily married for 20 years and have two teenaged daughters.

Many people say God is love. Recently I have become fond of saying love is God. To me, the sacred is a relationship with reality and the indescribable, but knowable thing that holds everything together. God is my constant companion, my guide and my goal. While I use the word God to name that which is beyond naming, I welcome your spiritual vocabulary and will honor it.

When we are together you should expect to feel free.  If you want to talk, I will listen.  If you want to sit in silence, I will join you.  If you want to draw or write, I will hand you paper and pencil.  If you need to fidget, I will provide a tool.  If you want to move, I will give you space.  When we are together you should expect to be affirmed however you arrive, depart, and express yourself in between.

A Medicine Woman’s Prayer

“I will not rescue you, for you are not powerless.
I will not fix you, for you are not broken
I will not heal you, for I see you in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through your darkness
as you remember your light.”
