I am here to hold space for you.
Meet Kristin
Hi there! I am inquisitive and down to earth. I love to smile, laugh, learn, be outside, casually converse and spend quality time with those I love. I believe life is meant to be taken seriously, but also meant to be enjoyed. I have been happily married for 20 years and have two teenaged daughters.
Spiritual care is my passion and I think spiritual exploration is vital to thriving. It is my desire to provide space for individuals to better understand their relationship with themselves and their understanding of the divine.
For me, I believe I am beloved by God who is my constant companion, my guide and my goal. While I use the word God to name that which is beyond naming, I welcome your spiritual vocabulary and will honor it.
When we are together you should expect to feel free. If you want to talk, I will listen. If you want to sit in silence, I will join you. If you want to draw or write, I will hand you paper and pencil. If you want to move, I will give you space. When we are together you should expect to be affirmed however you arrive, depart, and express yourself in between.
A Medicine Woman’s Prayer
“I will not rescue you, for you are not powerless.
I will not fix you, for you are not broken
I will not heal you, for I see you in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through your darkness
as you remember your light.”
